Necklace Length Guide

We do not cancel orders! The reason for this is because our credit card processing system charges us at the time you make your purchase AND it also charges us if we were to cancel, therefore no orders will be cancelled .

We pride ourselves on super-speedy shipping! Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Not in love with your purchase or it doesn’t fit quite right? Don’t worry—we’re happy to help! We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. Please review our criteria below before sending anything back.

 • 30 days during the holiday shopping season.
