We do not cancel orders! The reason for this is because our credit card processing system charges us at the time you make your purchase AND it also charges us if we were to cancel, therefore no orders will be cancelled .

• Returns are accepted if items are sent back promptly:
• 7 days from the date you received your order.
• 30 days during the holiday shopping season.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee .
•This restock fee is to cover our credit card processing fees that are not reversed by our processor when we get your return.
• All returned items must be:
• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Free of stains, makeup, perfume, pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear.
• Returned with all original tags attached.
• Please include your order number inside the return package so we can process it quickly.
• Returns sent after the policy window will be held at our location. To have them shipped back, you’ll need to cover the return postage.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping label. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Shoes must be returned in their original box or branded bag (for Myra shoes), placed inside an additional protective box or mailer.
• Damage to the shoe box makes the return ineligible and will be marked “Return to Sender.”
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
